The Blue Lamp Trust’s charitable arm, the Bobby Scheme, is financially supported through the Blue Lamp Trust’s commercial activities but it also relies on donations and sponsorships to keep running. If we’ve helped someone you care about or if you believe in the importance of our work, please consider making a donation.
Why donate to the Blue Lamp Trust?
Since 2010 our Bobby Fitters have made over 15,600 visits to improve the safety and security of homes accross Hampshire and the Isle of Wight – all absolutely free of charge!
The Blue Lamp Trust is dedicated to improving community safety. We do this through the Bobby Scheme, a free service to improve the home security of the elderly and vulnerable and we promote safety through our talks in the community.
“My daughter and I are very grateful for the practical advice, hands on help and giving me renewed confidence in living alone.
Together we can make a real difference.”
Corporate sponsors and larger donations
Calling all philanthropists! We have been forced to stop routine replacements of carbon monoxide detectors due to one of our sponsorship programmes coming to an end. We believe this is a critical part of home safety and we would love to be able to provide this service for free once more.
If you think you can help, please talk to us on 0300 777 0157.
